Time to recharge @ Darden
I have been at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business all week teaching Mindfulness.
The MBA for executive group is ready and open for new ways to relax, increase creativity and connection.
We take time to recharge our cell phones and we need to do the same for ourselves.
