Put your mind in your feet
When you find you are spending time worrying try something new. Direct your mind to your feet. Feel your feet, wiggle your toes. By simply directing your mind to your body and your attention to your feet you pull yourself out of your head. Back to the present is where we have our power. One of my students shared this phase with me last week, “Put your mind in your feet” We waste a lot of time and personal energy in worry. It’s only a habit and we can change it. On this Spring day take your shoes off and put your mind in your feet! Enjoy what you discover.
