Just had lunch with some students and David Shenk author of the book, The Genius in All of Us.
He is here for the UVa Book festival and visited our class.
We learn from practice and we get great from a special kind of practice. Having a mind set for creating new ways to practice allows for new connections.
This style of practice is key to greatness, innovation and joy. So just practice is not enough. Shake it up. Try something new… process and practice
