For over 25 years, Marga Odahowski, MSE, has taught principles of healthy and energized living. Integrating mind–body research with practical awareness tools, she has created group programs and coached individuals, inspiring and transforming lives. Marga is recognized for her unique blend of knowledge, insight, and experience along with her dynamic skills as a coach and facilitator. As an educator and consultant, she helps people leverage their capabilities, shift their perspectives, and act effectively to support leadership, creativity and ease in everyday living. She leads training programs nationally and internationally.
A faculty member at the University of Virginia, Marga has conducted Quiet Mind, Smart Mind program for the Darden School of Business MBA for Executives Program. She has taught Mindful Leadership at the university’s McIntire School of Commerce and as a University Seminar Course. She serves as Director of Studies for the University of Virginia’s International Residential College.
Marga is a consultant with the Walker Family Foundation, Kuttner-Kluge Foundation, and the Hawn Foundation, all of which support the development of educational programs based in mindfulness. She is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association, Mindfulness in Education Network, the Association for the Contemplative Mind in Society, and the International Coaching Federation.
