Born in 1999 through the process of doodling, Buddha Planet brings together a love of design, wellness, and community. In 2000 Buddha Planet began selling tee shirts, bags and cards in Charlottesville, Virginia. Our simple message, peace, love & good grades, won us the Oxygen Gets You Going Business contest. Oxygen Media, a lifestyle company is co-founded by Oprah Winfrey. That same year we were featured in a Washington Post online article for college student care package ideas. Buddha Planet supports a life filled with energy, beauty and heart providing tools that invite opportunity for change. We use design not only to create products but to communicate and build community.

Our new CD, Peace, Love & Gratitude is unique because it takes an integrated approach applying research and practical tools to shift from a rushed busy life into a calm creative life.
